With Bars Facade, you gain access to high-quality cladding systems that deliver superior performance and aesthetic excellence, making them the ideal choice for both new constructions and restorations.

Bars Facade offers Terra Cotta facade systems in two types: double-walled and single-walled. Terra Cotta facade cladding not only provides a protective layer for the building structure but also complements the aluminum structural characteristics with a facade system that is innovative, maintenance-free, ecological, economical, and offers excellent design potential.

To ensure facade integrity, a joint profile can be inserted into the vertical joints of the Terra Cotta cladding as needed. The horizontal gaps between the panels allow for natural ventilation behind the facade.

Another method for installing ceramic facade cladding is adhesive mounting. Ceramics are mounted onto aluminum support profiles using temporary auxiliary tape and high-strength polyurethane-based adhesive, which remains elastic between -40°C and +100°C. This is the most economical method for applying porcelain ceramics and can be used for all sizes. It can be installed with either open or closed joints. In the closed joint system, special aluminum profiles in the desired RAL color are added to the vertical and horizontal joints of the cladding material to cover the gaps between the joints.

Sinterflex panels are characterized by their dimensions of 3000x1000x4 mm, light weight, and fire resistance. They can be easily cut to desired sizes according to the project. Sinterflex panels, weighing approximately 21 kg (7 kg/m²), allow for the creation of modern living spaces and the application of new ideas, providing a fresh perspective for architectural and construction technologies.

Sinterflex facade cladding composite porcelain ceramic panels, cut according to the project and laminated with special sectioned support hangers using polyurethane adhesive, are hung onto the prepared aluminum sub-construction using special aluminum clips. Vertical support aluminum T profiles are anchored approximately 8-15 cm in front of the facade plane using bolts and nuts. Sinterflex panels cut to the project specifications are fixed onto these vertical support T profiles with polyurethane-based adhesive.

In this system, ceramic facade cladding is installed using stainless steel clips. The ceramics are mounted onto the aluminum support profiles with visible stainless steel clips and EPDM gaskets, making it an economical and reliable system. It can be used for all sizes.

The ceramic facade cladding system offers high impact resistance and surface hardness, stain resistance, zero water absorption, and resistance to atmospheric conditions. These performance characteristics make it an ideal choice for exterior cladding materials. The system is lightweight compared to natural stone cladding materials and involves the installation of various types of stone materials on their own special construction after laying rock wool in front of the wall.

There are three different application methods for the compact laminated system:

  1. Hanger System: This method involves hanging 8mm or 10mm compact laminated panels onto aluminum vertical and horizontal supports using aluminum hanger apparatuses screwed onto the back of the panels. This method is widely used for cladding the facades of multi-story buildings.
  2. Riveted System: In this application, 6mm or 8mm compact laminated panels are fixed onto aluminum vertical supports using rivets in the color of the selected panels. The system is preferred for large-span building facades due to its rapid mechanical application, solid structure, and economic feasibility.
  3. Adhesive System: This method involves mounting 6mm or 8mm compact laminated panels onto aluminum vertical supports using panel adhesive systems designed for exterior conditions. The system is suitable for bringing creative designs to life with its rapid application technique and is one of the most widely preferred methods.

The compact laminated system is highly resistant to impact, fire, water, and moisture thanks to its advanced technology. Additionally, it does not rot, harbor bacteria, and is easy to clean.

The ceramic facade cladding system is applied to the non-structural parts of buildings in conjunction with a supporting aluminum construction. The ceramic facade cladding system is preferred for interior and exterior claddings due to its high abrasion and impact resistance, low water absorption, stain resistance, ease of installation, resistance to external weather conditions, and a wide range of colors and sizes.

In the concealed clip (Zikov) system, ceramics are mounted onto the supporting construction using aluminum clips inserted into dovetail channels on the back surface at four points. The ceramic facade cladding system also prevents moisture formation in the building by allowing continuous air circulation within the system. The supporting profiles are anchored to the building facade and the panels are hung using specially manufactured panel holders. If needed, a joint profile is inserted into the vertical joints to ensure facade integrity, while the horizontal gaps between the panels allow for natural ventilation behind the facade.

Frontek is a lightweight, durable, long-lasting facade system that requires no maintenance and is resistant to climate conditions, freeze-thaw cycles, and thermal shocks. It offers thermal and sound insulation. Frontek facade panels are available in standard dimensions of 40.5 cm x 80-90-100 cm and can be applied quickly and easily thanks to its exclusive special installation system. In this system, Frontek facade panels are mounted onto a load-bearing base construction composed of aluminum anchorages and aluminum vertical T profiles using special stainless steel clips.

The C60 is an uninsulated door, window, and display system with a depth of 60 mm. It features various opening options, including standard opening, pivot, inward-outward opening, and swing door opening, with a profile wall thickness of 1.6 mm. Because glass can be mounted from both the interior and exterior, it offers an advantage for replacing broken glass compared to single-sided glazed frames.

Ceramics, natural stones, heavy ceramics, and similar products are used as hidden clips by passing them through open channels on the edge lines of the products onto the sub-construction made from aluminum anchors and vertical support T profiles. Clips can be used as press-fit or painted in RAL 9005.

a) Intermediate Clip System: In this system, ceramics are fixed onto the supporting profiles with stainless steel clips, obtained from aluminum anchors and vertical support T profiles. EPDM gaskets used with the clips prevent direct contact between the ceramics and the profiles and ensure a good fit on the clips. Clips can be painted in the desired RAL color.

b) Multi Clip System: Ceramics are fixed onto the supporting profiles with stainless steel clips, obtained from aluminum anchors and vertical support T profiles, in quadruple, vertical double, horizontal double, or single configurations depending on the region. EPDM gaskets used with the clips prevent direct contact between the ceramics and the profiles and ensure a good fit on the clips. Clips can be painted in the desired RAL color.
